Great ride Bill. If she on the back hadn't been whipping me so hard you would have had it easily!
I really enjoyed it Keith. I felt much cooler than last week but not sure I was actually any quicker. I was thinking about you riding two up and wondered if you'd be slower up the hills and quicker on the flat. You pulled away quite easily in the end but at one point uphill I thought I got the better of you. Then I woke up.

Anyone's ride made it to strava yet?

I’m not seeing them on BKOOL yet either

Edit: Just looked and in my Bkool sessions it's greyed out.I'm blaming @Bored Man because since he started me on asking Alexa to play Alabama3 I've been cranking up the music too loud.I think the electronics elements of their music are interfering with the Bluetooth from the trainer.

It does seem as if bkool is having some processing problems both in terms of speed of upload and that rides are being duplicated. In terms of the league i am approving all valid attempts so as not to lose any, better two than none, so your league stats may not be accurate in terms of distance and attempts but the time will still be right.

@Randyberlin my rides were delayed too, yesterday's have now come through overnight but Friday's is still AWOL in Strava although it is in Bkool.

Whilst digging around in Bkool I noticed I've been promoted to Active 3 - yay! Apparently my Thursday race caused an FTP calculation of 268 - very flattering (for me anyway) but I think Bkool is generous with the watts, my watch (Garmin Fenix) pairs with my bike and didn't improve on 263 so I'd rather go with that. Being a geek I looked through the data and it seems that if I spin up the crank and generate a lot of power for a short time my watch will correctly drop the power off once I stop pushing, however Bkool seems to wind it back down more gently giving you free watts for a couple of seconds - I doubt this makes much difference on most rides as during a normal race as we're generally pedaling consistently but I expect on descents it can happen between freewheeling, most likely Bkool behaves the same for everyone but anyone else noticed this?

I manually reset my FTP down to 263 and still scraped Active 3 so still yay!

Are you using Bluetooth conenction for the watch and ANT+ for the computer?
