well done the front runners, again!:notworthy::notworthy:

`i had a plan`::boxing::boxing:

i had to hit 82kph by 0.6 km to stay with @Goldwolfie @Brusgaard.

despite hyperventilating on the start line I fell short of the target and missed both wheels 😢
went into oxygen dept and had to find another wheel :wacko:

enter @shimceltic a fine descending `partner`/`wheel`. :biggrin:

@Brusgaard 's (ghost) sat tantalisingly in front of us but whenever I tried to pull through to up our speed shim's extra 6kg just bought him past me again so I had to wait for that one point where the road went up and leveled for a while to attack with everything to get @Brusgaard 's (ghost) wheel.:boxing::boxing:

i failed again by about 10m 😢 having pretty much blown myself :wacko: and cruised to the line just seconds in front of @shimceltic :shy:

so apologies shim for being a bit selfish and I do feel guilty now if that helps :okay:

what I need to do is work on my sustainable downhill cadence and get it up to 120+ :bicycle::bicycle:
