Sorry I will be AWOL

Had a fight with my network trying to finish my reporting for meetings tomorrow.
Few swear words used and one mouse learned to fly so I am afraid I am now having a cuppa and chilling in the sun.

Felt good in the warm up but as soon as I put any effort in at the start my left thigh just had no strength. No point pushing.

Wish I had your recovery time @keithaitch. I tried to hold your wheel, but just couldn't.

I wasn't trying to wheel suck Ian I was only just hanging on. When it came to 200metres to go I just didn't have the legs.

Chapeau @AndyMacca, incredible ride and kudos to @Brusgaard for hanging in there all that way. I relaxed once over that last little bump to I realized you two were bearing down on me. Might give it a go when fresh on Saturday... Might not!

I didn't see you Keith, there were a couple of Bots ahead I think too. I went all in on that for 20mins, I saw the profile was reasonably flat so thought about trying for a new FTP just pushed and pushed till 20mins and then tried to manage the gap to @Brusgaard as I wouldn't be able to defend a sprint finish. If I wasn't selfishly going for it then we'd have done some damage to the times by drafting each other, I think we were working well for a bit.

Well chuffed with that, it had stalled for a few weeks. Can't see it creeping any higher mind.

Thanks Keith, I'm quite shocked actually it's got this high, I'm just worried something in my bike is giving out dodgy data. I did some rides at 'Cyclopark' last year so I'll definitely be heading back to check progress once it's open again, if I'm not 20secs a lap quicker then it's all lies.

Iirc you need to the video with a gpx file and submit it. @Aleman has done a few for bkool so I advise speaking to him.

Garmin virb edit does it well I believe. It can even show route info and ride data on screen if you want it to

Bkool route editor but when I select a .MOV or .MP4 it doesn't work as it does in this youtube video, for me it just goes back to the title page. Tried it after quite a few rides hoping I could get it to work but no joy, tried it again tonight on a few but still the same, I'm using the Win10 version maybe another platform would be better.

Looked for an update here but the link for the download is dead
