Yes I tried to take it easy on my big ring ride earlier and failed miserably. We can sit on somebody's wheel and chat tonight.Hmm...maybe I shouldn't have done alto covatilla earlier today...forgot it was Thursday. Btw covatilla sucks for anyone over 80kgs...no fun at all. Stupid 12% climbs..if I knew how to step off the bike and walk up those sections in bkool...trust me I would.

Gonna need to master the start or else ask for a depart fictif. That was brutal - must have wasted a watt or a 100 trying to grab a wheel - any wheel!

Yes good teamwork there @keithaitch . I realised what you were up to and tried to do the same. Then you shot of just one millisecond before I launched my attack so it was really just luck. Had I gone first you would have passed me the same way. Glad the hills were short and not steep....I don’t mind the rolling ones...
I was surprised my legs felt good.

@keithaitch Looking at the watts , you were still 5 wt more than me even if you were working together so I only have myself to blame - like my old school teacher said - must try harder 😁

I cant seem to get the start hooked up, you guys were off, Managed to catch Craig and then we reeled in @Messab before I jumped across to @Brusgaard but we couldn't seem to get the drafting going, it's just not 'sticky' enough. @berty bassett I threw the kitchen sink at you but there was nothing left in me at the end, best i could do was keep you pushing
well done! Managed a small uptick of 2w on the 30+min power curve so definitely on the limit.

You guys are lucky my playlist seemed to have dropped @berty bassett recommended " one bourbon" by the Delaware Destroyers. I was waiting for it to make my move. The second time I heard the Faces " That's all you need" I realized it must not have been added. On a related note I guess its time to make the Race Playlist over an hour.
