Yeah, I eventually got in. I tried to stay with you, but I can currently only run on 2d map mode, which seems to update about every five seconds! Makes it hard to stick together...
Hi mate, on iPad with a BKOOL pro 2. I’m loving the weekly run but I think I am going to have to give up. The combination of the app and the customer service is so bad that I spend more time with my heart rate high dealing with BKOOL instead of actually riding!

No it was smooth on my end. But I had to go out and repair from ant+ to Bluetooth after I accidentally kicked out my USB extension cable.

Oh that view sucks. I started in game mode but after you passed me I switched to video. I think Its worth the premium subscription.

Ah, I pay my money! But if I use video or 3D the app just crashes...
The app also crashes if I search for a username, which is pretty unhelpful. Must be the iPad I think...

Today was supposed to be a relaxing join the train day but not only did very few carriages turn up at the station there was that and the fact that I had forgotten I collapsed on the sofa on Thursday and then had a shower.
Then I went back into the man cave and switched of all the plugs for my BKool rig, PC, TV and Fan.
Just as I did it I realised I had not saved the ride so today was another suffer fest.
Worse still I was chasing a ghost I couldn't draft who was most likely drafting my ghost that was not there.
Upshot was I still nailed it but my race finished at the top of the hill but I managed to put enough in on the final climb to let the other side of the hill take me home with 30 seconds in hand.

That's too bad. I run on an old Mac mini but have also used a really cheap laptop with an HDMI port.
Yeah, I just wish BKOOL customer service would engage in helping to sort it. Before I purchased my (second hand) Pro 2 and updated iPad to run this, I contacted BKOOL and they responded straight away to say it will work. So I am £500 out of pocket already, plus I am paying full premium fees for an app that essentially doesnt work. Judging by the last couple of weeks conversation on here, it sounds like I am not the only one with problems.
I have a pretty top end laptop, but it is not actually mine - it belongs to my employer - so I can’t downloads apps on it. But I can use it for everything else so I can’t justify the spend on a separate lapTop just for this.
All pretty frustrating really.

I had a very good first third but couldn't see myself keeping it up for the remainder. Of course I should have slowed down but decided to re-try another time. Not sure why I thought it will be any different!

Congratulations, another green hat! I've regressed from Active 10 to Active 6 with the use of my Vector pedals instead of the Wattbike but hoping to get back to 10 this year, that's my aim.

No wonder it hurt!
I have been getting quite consistent average Watts and just needed a post 30 min stage to qualify fur an up hat. I have been wearing red since I diliberately underperformed in an FTP some months ago to re-baseline myself after all of the SIM changes.

I'm using a 7 year old gaming laptop. Runs this fine as it's not really graphic intense.
