I gained watts Changing from the BKOOL also. The Neo is way more realistic. Especially on the steep climbs
Edit: you’re correct that 60 miles is next door here. Went 90 miles to Juneau yesterday afternoon at 3 worked until 9 last night and I’m heading home now. (9am)

Well done Rod. Couldn't keep up on the descents and nearly killed myself trying to close gap on the climbs.
That was confusing, the scoreboard said that I was cycling with a bot, but I'm thinking it may have been you! If I had known I would have happily rode together since it's the inaugural ride!

Now I'm on the neo how do i see individual pedal stroke power and can I add the trainer to garmin connect? All I've done is pair it to bkool and ride so far.

Individual pedal stroke power??? How on earth should it record that? It has a sensor that can record cadence, and from that maybe estimate your power based on the incline currently supplied to the trainer. But if you by "individual pedal stroke" mean left vs. right pedal, I don't see how that would be possible. That is why you buy a real power meter that measures at the crank or each pedal (like Assioma DUO).

I can see on my Garmin the percentage of total and power in watts for each pedal (left/right). Not that it is something I use much at all...

Pedal Stroke Analysis: The NEO 2T Smart is equipped with a capacitive left and right detection sensor that accurately measures the exact position of both your legs. This allows for a detailed and accurate pedal stroke analysis enabling you to improve your power distribution and cycling performance. By adding standard ANT+ Cycling dynamics, you can analyse your pedal stroke via the software of third parties; for example, on a Garmin Edge bike computer.

That's what I mean, so I have to pair it to my head unit? Thought it might save it into garmin connect automatically. I did pair with my venu2 last night but it only did speed/cadence.
