Exactly. That for me a a fat guy was the biggest difference. In real I'd be off pushing the bike uphill. And unclipped on anything over 15%.

Now I've moved house Saturday rides involve quick shower and walk with Mrs and dog to the pub 0.5km away for a pint of Guinness to replace fluids and carbs!
