Now I've moved house Saturday rides involve quick shower and walk with Mrs and dog to the pub 0.5km away for a pint of Guinness to replace fluids and carbs!

Our dogs know on Saturday mornings we go as soon as I finish and shower. My wife lets them out in the backyard around 9 and they stare into the bike shed to hurry me up.

Worst EOS in a long time. And someone must have added me to a featured ride because I'm getting at least 10 every day. And not the Snow Canyon that is this week's downhill league ride that I videoed, but Dry Crerk.
