Haven’t been on BKOOL yet this year, still an active subscription though… So few of us and so different abilities makes it difficult to do something meaningful together.

Just seen this. It's definitely better than it was in January. Just going to try and keep up the stretching and get back on the bike now.

@Randyberlin - just read on different post that kamoot is gonna start charging monthly - I know you use this app so thought you might want a heads up ! Don’t know how true , shame if it’s going down that path

Thanks for the heads up. I had a premium membership at one point. I also use the cycle.travel that you recommend.

Of course unlike the jet set lifestyle you live, my travels are only once a year compared to your every other week trips. " Oh last week that was Spain. Next week is Southern France I think but ill have to check my Itinerary it may be Italy." Plus you have a choice of about 20 bikes and I only have 2. Again, my simple life eliminates those agonizing decisions you face. I almost feel sorry for you.

@Barbes66 ,I'm going to loch ard in may and notice you go out that way. Can you recommend some routes and places to avoid. Maybe catch up for a spin also with Jim aka bored man?

I really liked that part of Scotland. I pulled my hamstring when i didn't unclip getting off in front of the hotel, so had to take extra days in Arrochar. If you take the ferry across Loch Lomond to see Jim Brown, look for Kangaroos.

Middle of may. I just need to keep talking it easy as it's tempting to go longer than I probably should at this stage.
Also bought one of them suction roof mounts for the car to take the bike
