I knew that my knees were bad, but I'm not going to mention that, I did have severe issues with my back (exacerbated by breaking my pelvis at the end of 2023) which saw a gradual decrease in power output. That certainly didn't help. I really have to try and find a way to rebuild the strength in my legs again without causing any further damage. One thing that should help though is the hot tub I installed last year, and rescuing two Romanian pups at Christmas has done wonders for my mental health. They are a pair of crazy goofballs!

Oh yes, although we lost our old mare (26) a year ago... Still got her daughter though ... Which is how I broke my pelvis 2 years ago!! 🤬

Just posting a happy summer wish here to keep the thread going. I see lots of rides on strava. I choose to focus on carb loading.
@berty bassett nice ride. Not the 103 miler but the .9 mile warm up. My kind of ride.

One fell asleep thru Randal and hopkirk - other is asleep in the doorway so no one can leave without her knowing
