Better. Different area that hurts a bit now, but less than last week. The old area mostly when I twist the knee a bit, but nothing like the sharp pain the first 4-5 days.

Still taking it easy, and no outside riding just yet as I like the option to quit instantly!

I have been on BKOOL less than 10 times the last 6 months, so not actually cheap. I have used MyWhoosh A LOT MORE, and that is 100% free (to use).

I've not been on this autumn, as my knee is sore constantly I'm doing some strength and conditioning and structured cycling. I dont want to risk making it worse by racing or randy beating me either.
