There's also the random sitting up slightly and even more random getting up out of the saddle.

The muscular avatars that were in BKOOL a few years ago were the ones that I thought were most realistic.

I might consider that if body feels enough recovered.

just back from docs - she has told me that no bike for a month after latestest clot , she didnt count the one beginning of December and chose the one I had 28th - so hopefully will be back on turbo in 19 days ! not that I am counting have you missed me she did say no going stupid so doubt if handicap would still stand but wouldn't mind seeing if I could beat the broom wagon

I haven't done much group rides and races but others are probably use advantage the situation that you are not there on a start line . Good to hear that there is light at the end of the tunnel. But of course we are missed you.

Well I hope everything is good but safety first. Just stay 1/2 mile behind me and you should be OK.
