@Randyberlin - thanks for asking, I'm back to normal, but MrsGoldwolfie has been layed up in hospital, so I've not made any of the recent sessions.
She is back home now, so hopefully I'll be around for tomorrow's rerun

For tomorrow’s race.
Only leg 2 and @Brusgaard and @shimceltic and @Stevers and @Rod McG
And @Barbes66 all sit on the starting line for 2 1/2 minutes .

Not sure I will be on tomorrow's, early airport pick up for a friend and the more intense races my legs aren't used to. Trying to ease back in as last year was mostly written off due to my knee......

Those hills in Norway are killer.
On Tuesday I was able to climb a 15% slope on the 'big' ring (46x28T), and haven't needed the small ring (32T) since moving to Rouvy, but I did need it for anything over 11% in BKOOL. My TACX Neo can simulate up to a 20% slope - has anyone else noticed that hills seem easier in Rouvy?

That doesn't necessarily make Rouvy wildly unrealistic as I've tackled a 1 in 7 on the big ring outdoors when in slower company. Of course as a teenager on a 5 speed (1x), I could and would climb anything on 46x28T!

I found it was much easier until I switched both the control and power settings to an ant+ and on the Wahoo it had two different names. My Neo2T did seem to be a little harder than this kicked core. I only changed because when the Neo quit I got gun shy..
