Hey @JuhaL

I’m using the free Strava and is good just to see my outdoor rides.
You should use it so I can see your rides and feel inspired

Few years ago i quit my Strava account because garmin connect is good enough for me and i don’t need more than 1 app to save my data. I also noticed when i had a Strava account i start to compete too much because those segment record etc. That wasn’t very healty and wise so i decided quit to use strava. Not sure if i coming back.

I’ve done a few rides on Rouvy with the interface turned off and it is amazing how different it feels to not be looking at the profile and power etc. just an enjoyable ride in the countryside.

I use to try that on Zwift as well. It feels more realistic when you don't see the steepness in numbers in advance, but it's still not a same if you ride outside where is easier to see the steepness with your own eyes.

I saw a YouTube on older riders and it explained how the intrinsic vs extrinsic drives different motivation. There is no doubt for me riding outside has a feedback that is pure joy. Especially when on a tour going to new places after the first few days when pedaling becomes easier.
When I say new places I mean new bakeries. Sitting at an outside table with coffee and treat is the ultimate.
