Here the temperature is pretty descent, warm but not too hot. Days is been bit windy so I try to use headwind like it is a climb because here isn't much climbs.

I haven’t been riding outside because of @kipster and @Breedon A few months ago they had these weight training posts on Strava and I saw an upper arm set they were doing. So I tried it and ruptured my biceps tendon. Because you have 2 tendons they don’t do anything except physical therapy . It’s time to start riding outside.
I think you’ve had a very hot summer so far. The complete opposite here. Way way below normal temperatures and above average rain. And El Niño is supposed to give us even more rain.. oh boy! Can’t wait.

Ha! Not really, but at some points I do get a tailwind, which is rare indoors. :-)

Half Marathon it should of been on Sunday but travellers pitched up early during the night so they cancelled it, just waiting to hear back if they can reschedule the event.
