I just rode it. It’s not that bad. At 30% reality setting. Actually too bad it’s so ridiculously steep because it’s a beautiful ride.

It’s a short route but better take it seriously. I’m gonna take a challenge and ride that with 100% reality setting like i have done all routes and see how far i can ride before my legs says that’s enough. Might need a good warm-up before that monster.

It's the exact route of the actual annual event "Vzpon na Pokojišče" (basically translates to "The Pokojišče climb"). Since the length and elevation are an exactly the same, you can use the event times for reference. These are from this year (i'm not sure about the record time but it is very close to this years winner.. could be just a few seconds better):

Yes I filmed it this past sunday 🙂

It's a local route that I've only done once on my mtb since my road bike has a flat terrain gearing setup (34t in the front, 27t at the back). It's really a pain to do this route with that setup (at least for me 😁). Maybe I'll do it more often on Rouvy since I use virtual shifting there.

And by local route I actually mean local.. my house is just uphill from the intersection where you almost get run over by the silver van (where the route turns left at the giant pillar) 😆.

I have 36t in the front and 34t at the back. Not done that steep climb yet with my trainer bike. But i like to take challenges sometimes to see if any progress is happend with my training.

Yep.. lots of climbing available on road and offroad around here.. I prefer the downhill part though
