It's hard not to think that with all the different turbos out there that this is not a level playing field - particularly on downhills where W/kg appears to count for nought. I've lost count of the number of fast descents where I'm at 3W/kg, barely hanging onto a guy who's essentially freewheeling. Good job this stuff doesn't matter! But just so's we can compare notes: Tacx Neo, 74kg and 230W - on a really good day!

It’s worth remembering that w/kg can be misleading. Especially going downhill. But really on the flat and also on slight gradient too. That guys who’s freewheeling might be 90+ kg. Also if he is peddling His w/kg can be a lot lower than yours but his raw watts quite a lot higher.

I think quite a few of us are on neo bikes or Neo direct drive turbos. I think they all share the same power meter.

I am sure someone who’s met me will comment on my size soon ! Surprised it’s took them this long !

in the past I've noticed that my controllable setting on the set up page was different than my trainer. It seemed to make a big difference with watts going up hill.
As for going downhill I'm very cautious because I've heard of someone crashing and breaking their hand.

Tommy on far right, me next to him. When we talked body shape and aerodynamics he once said a cannonball is aerodynamic.
