The tearoom refurbishment rather than the more expensive rebuild was agreed at the last board meeting- I know it was a long one so a few may have nodded off... in fact by the end we'd stopped taking minutes and began taking hours...
Tdrinka, we hadn't considered refurbishing the pool since the polar bear escaped but that would at least allow us to allow us to use the fridge again- anything to stop the penguins drinking the milk!
Hopefully we'll get the whole thing completed tonight for the grand reopening tomorrow, paint now ordered from Homebase: 'Sunrise with a hint of Optimism'...
I'm hoping waffly will have time to bake one of her speciality cakes [for Arch's party to celebrate her new job starts at 7.30 with bubbly supplied by ronsos's corporate hospitality team] - if not we could pick one up from Greggs. Any suggestions for the theme? Jane spoke to Ann Summers but they declined...
The menu Speicher has created for everyone should get people talking- the First Aiders have been alerted.

Please, can we have cheesy pineapple on sticks stuck in half a cabbage? That's my ultimate fave party food. That and sausages on sticks. And those little sausage rolls. And pork pies. And dip, lots of dip.
