Technical Question: Chip Butty

i always line up my chips in a chip butty then on the second layer of chips i line them up the opposite way that helps stop the chips falling out the edge. i have been known to have 4 or 5 layers of chips in some nice fresh bread covered in proper butter and of course a sprinkle of salt i guess i know what im haveing for a snack before bed now lol

There are shops in parts of Lancashire, (Darwen that I know of), that sell mushy pea pies, and one even does pea and ham pies, and my goodness they're good

Not chips but if you want to try something that's truly stunning try doner meat and Chinese curry sauce honestly you won't regret it

mmmmm i like the sound of a pie i theres a chippy near me that dose battered mushy peas its a big ball of batter a bit bigger than a tennis ball and inside the batter is mushy peas that was quite good.

My wife is grossed out by the French dip which if you don't know is tmk dipping a sandwich in concentrated beef stock well that's what I got .

French Dip, Italian Beef is also good, also with beef juice and peppers. Beef on Weck is very good also. Same general idea.
