Could you imagine 30 years ago you could get 256GB of data on your finger nail!.

I had an Amiga A500 in the early 90's and that coped extremely well with 512kb (Microsoft eat your heart out!).

Everytime I use this USB memory stick it amazes me (little things please little minds and all that)..

Computer architecture hasn’t fundamentally changed that much since the 1950’s. Quantum computing and true artificial intelligence will be exciting to watch in next 30 years. Will they combine to exceed human intelligence?

You can easily imagine a SkyNet scenario (Terminator), when they finally crack AI.

Aye, it's all well and good but all it's doing is helping us bork the planet more effectively than ever.
Yeah, but whatever evolves in our place is going to have access to massive archives of data. It's a real boon for future paleontologists.
