It's not the weather reports you want to worry about, it's the weather forecasts.

That Michael Fish is a sicko, telling us it'll be dry/warm when in reality it'll be high winds and torrential rain. I always presume the opposite to that which Michael Fish and his mates forecast, and I'm rarely disappointed.

I won't ride every day and always make a point of having a least a full days rest between two rides and two days after a long ride.
