Cant add a great deal to what has already been said. Gaz you are truly amazing, I have health and weight issues and have taken up cycling in order to get myself sorted. You sir are an inspiration. You also seem to be a thoroughly nice chap too.

A few people have asked me about a book, its not something I ever considered , until they mentioned it, know any good publishers ?

PM Arallsopp and ask him about Lulu. Print on demand, you just distribute the link.

Andy had help from forummers proof reading and typesetting - I'd certainly be happy to reprise my proofreading part. If you have a blog already, you have the beginnings of text, even if it needs reshaping.

Gaz - you can get yourself published for the Amazon Kindle platform, no problem. There is no editorial review process and it doesn't cost you anything. You just have to agree not to publish anything dodgy (terrorist handbook, porn etc).

You would get near enough a 70% royalty as long as you kept the price below $10.
