So after a little pm discussion with Norm I've finally after a month of pondering and research plumped for .......drum roll........the ....... Secteur Elite yay! just waiting for my bike2work voucher to come through got posted off by my HR dept on Wednesday and the waiting is killing me I cant wait to be out there. But I guess the waiting time will come in handy as now I cant decide between spd or spd sl arrrgh!!!!

Today's interview was delayed a couple of days, but just heard that I got through the second interview I had last Friday, so I'm down to the last two on that one.

Both the roles I'm currently interviewing through are stuff that I've done previously, although in new markets. The one that I had last week is for a distribution company, the one which was meant to be today is for another software company.
