I reserve a special place in hell for them in my thoughts, then the Police who have consistently failed over 10 years to do anything meaningful about it. Almost every weekend, a local industrial area gets used by these morons.

I've been eligible a number of times, and even considered posting, but turning on the light means I'm abandoning all hope of getting back to sleep. So I lay there, trying to think of sleep inducing things, pretending the urge to go for a pee isn't there.

I've been consciously making an effort to leave work at work and it seems to be doing the trick.

You can lay away worrying about all sorts, money / family/ work/ health etc, I suppose shutting down is a skill that you have to learn!.
