Couldn't sleep- Day 4 of a muscle spasm in my left shoulder/neck, it's causing a painful trapped nerve.

I'm bed bound, dogs sleeping downstairs. Can't even pop down for a cup of tea..

Sorry, I'm an hour early. Following the dog theme in the previous couple of pists. Flipping neighbours dog has been going mental for the last hour. It suffers from separation anxiety. I had to resort to calling my neighbour who was apologetic and was on his way back home from friends when I called.
So thought may as well have a cup of tea.

The brain then started ticking over about first night leading an new Scout section in a new to us building so that was game over for any sleep..
