I am a ginger bickie person myself but the shop had none so I bought hobnobs which I have never tried before.
Burning question is....will they dunk like gingers do.

You can find some rather nice biscuits which might not be well known but nonetheless can be very acceptable. I bought a pack from our local Spa recently for about a quid and it very pleasant with a hint of cinnamon.

Isn't one of the USPs of biscuits the simple feature of their crunchiness? Why soggify them?????
Dunking is a complete abomination and patently against the natural order of things.
