Spooky! I was thinking about the Clangers yesterday whilst reading about 3-D printers, they were remarkably prescient. I recall an episode where parts land on the planet, the clangers assembled them into a working machine, which then proceeds to go beserk, churning out and cluttering up clangerland with utterly useless, colourful, plastic, consumer goods.

PS Ludwig was better..........

Bloody DOG SITTERS!!!!, how posh are you?

Mine just gets put in the garden with a bowl of water and his kennel.

And before you say that's mean, we don't leave him long. Well, never more than about a week anyway.

^_^

The dog sitters are my parents so not real dog sitters, just someone to look after her while we are at work and they love having her. Anyway, I'm not posh at all. My wife is though, where she works they call her the Duchess of Devonshire, although she is neither a Duchess nor from Devonshire. The landlady at our local pub thinks she's posh too, so she must be.

I Was on the school-run when it was on the news about the Clangers, I tried to explain to my daughter about them.
All I got was an odd look......she's 12, so missed out!
Do you remember Mary, Mungo & Midge ?
Yes!, & Crystal Tips & Alistair'

1.Ludwig was just surreally odd!!! (but 40 years later, I still like classical music)

2. Bring back Ivor the Engine!!! (or would some PC brigadist, complain about how it portrays the Welsh??)
