How much!!
I’m certainly not stating l can afford it, but it’s well rebuilt, & still the best shape/model in my mind

Much cheaper to buy an early range rover and a Bentley turbo r and ask them to marry them!!
It’s a Chevrolet LS3 engine (Camaro & ‘C6’ Corvette)
Personally, l’d prefer (in the real-world) a good diesel & manual ‘box
However the quality of the rebuild is excellent

Agreed I thought the l322 looked like an oversized taxi but it has grown on me.

The discovery 5 is really hideous imho!

I'd love a discovery 4 or a sport.

L322 looks better than its predecessor, the P38
That was too much too soon & not understood (in terms of complexity)
As for the present........ thing............ it could be a Buick/Lincoln/Lexus??

Converted to coils, from air suspension
LPG

I’d been speaking to the owner yesterday, whilst l was out on the bike
It doesn’t suffer from the usual RR/Discovery rot-spots, the footwells & ‘c-pillars’ (where lower rear seat-belt mounts locate) are fine
It does, sadly, suffer from a rusted bulkhead, that allows water ingress

It sounds nice!!

Series 3 Light-Weight

Getting towards the end of production, if the ‘age’ of the registration is correct
(I’ve seen them as late as a ‘B’)

Personally, l don’t like the wider tyres (not with manual steering), nor the over large winch bumper
But, the owner must

I've got some 245 75 16 Yokohama AT with white overlander writing on my van you'll hate them!
Not my choice and expensive!!

When the time comes for new tyres for the Kodiaq, l might look for (appropriately sized) BF Goodrich A/Ts, l had them on my last Defender, & they probably covered 40,000 miles & still only half-worn

Or, General Grabber AT2

Must be quite hard compound - noisy?

Both the Toyo and Yokohama are quite soft doubt I'll get 40k!
