Watching it back it looks like someone is leaning over the driver.. seizure?

Went threough a load of news reports trying to find that and only found one for a Double Decker (for the date in the corner, presuming its correct).

Even when it's pissing down, I expect the poor guy now stands outside of bus shelters, that's if he still goes anywhere near buses.

It would be interesting to know what happened with the insurance claims, obviously the innocent bystander in the silver Passat (who actually stopped to let the first bus through) would have no problems claiming for the damage, but the Porsche driver would have to say they had parked illegally.
