Don't underestimate the pain these guys will go through to win a race on BKool .... at the end of the race is quite common! Your lack of weight will work against you on the descents too ... the domain of us heavier riders

It was a brilliant day. Great people, great roads and a real sense of achievement. If I can get myself sorted I'll be there again for sure next year. At no stage during the ride did I regret my decision to do the ride; even when my body started to break down on me, my mind stayed focused. Loved it.

That's the advantage u bigger framed people have but I don't use my breaks as rob will tell u

Yea I was told Think I might just have to go back to 50/34 with 30 cassette I was a monster on the hills then! Legs can't seem to push any bigger when climbing
