It would be a long, hard ride! There is an official West Yorkshire Cycle Route and even that is about 250 km (155 miles) and hilly or very hilly for about two thirds of it.
I did plan to have a go at the WYCR on day as a forum ride if I ever got fit enough. I'd want it to be mid-summer, starting soon after sunrise to allow plenty of daylight hours to get round at a leisurely pace. I'm not sure that I will ever be up to that kind of thing again, but let's be optimistic, eh?
I would probably change the route slightly to avoid a couple of towns which are only passed through so the route can stick close to the county boundary.

Neighbours were split, even houses straddled the boundary
