Bicycle: a means of transport between cake-stops

I'm surprised that with all the 9/11 and moon-landing stuff, no-one has yet exposed the great cycling hoax.
The government claims that a two-wheeled vehicle with rounded tyres can not only remain upright, but also propel itself along the road by means of some claimed 'pedalling' action.
A simple experiment will readily demonstrate that the vehicles in question will immediately fall over. In lab tests, a so-called bicycle was placed on a flat surface in an upright position and then the supporting hand removed. In *every single case*, the bicycle fell over to one side or the other within a matter of a second or two.
As for the 'pedalling' idea, if you examine the government claims, they show the supposed 'rider' pushing down on the pedal on one side at a time. So they serious expect us to accept that a vehicle *that will already fall over all on its own* can have a force applied to one side only and won't fall over even faster!
