Reading that old thread and realising the number of names that don't post any more
I was one of the ones that went to ACF first, then that went kapput, so migrated to here.

I've peeked at YACF, usually when this one has been down to see if there is any explanation for it being down. The bits I've seen have seemed friendly, but I think the average number of miles cycled per poster might be significantly higher than here

I did both. But ACF just got weird and YACF was always a bit too audax-dominated for my liking... so here is now the only cycling forum I post on. Mind you, in general, I post a lot less than I used to (in both numbers of posts and length!).

Yep - I joined in the mass Exodus from C+
It's lost in the mists of time now but I think I was there too... but got purged in the infamous night of the delete script. Not entirely sure why, praps I used an inappropriate smiley or summat. Whatever. I'm on YACF too, and find it hugely useful on audax related stuff, but I can't quite warm to it as I have here.
