I don't think I could manage the 10 mile every 2hrs that you prescibe. Well, not continuously. You don't say how long the rest gap is between each 2hrs? Have you thought this through doc?

As @ColinJ rightly assumed, I am working on the basis of the information you gave. If you do a 10 mile ride and the endorphins wear off after 2 hours, then it is after that 2 hours that you need to get back on the bike. Assuming your 10 mile ride takes about 40 minutes, I suggest you work on a 3 hour cycle, i.e. ride 10 miles then enjoy your endorphins, perhaps in a manner similar to @Landsurfer .
This 3 hour cycle obviously also assumes that sleep is for wimps.

For me, I think going out more often is maybe better than going out for longer.
