A pizza stone. We've had it for years. Turns out great, crispy bottomed pizza even in a normal oven.

My FiL bought a fancy wood fire pizza oven for £500 as he likes a gadget. our stone cost about £15.

Try using this recipe,

http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=14&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwi4_KXQ4_neAhUqCcAKHZdGBHcQFjANegQIBxAB&url=http://allrecipes.co.uk/recipe/5191/lamb-tagine.aspx&usg=AOvVaw0meIciNqV2l8oVawudRZpx

I fry the ingredients off in a frying pan then arrange them in the Tagine, put the lid on then 3-4hrs in an oven at 130c

What you need to remember is that the meal will look like it did when you put it in so you need to make it look nice before cooking it.

Oh and BTW I serve mine with Rice and Nan/Pitta bread (Don't like Cous-Cous)

EDIT you'll need the big one to get this all in.

Lots of flavours there. Sounds good. I've no objection to cous cous.
