Frustrating time with the Bricklink antique cabinet. The shelves are a pair of large plates only supported at the sides and rear. Only needs a slight front movement for the centre "light" fitted across the joint underneath to fall off. Simple solution would be leave those off but I have lit them. An awaiting Brickowl basket finally ordered with the addition of 2 x 12 and 1 x 2 plates to strengthen the front each shelf.
Instead put together the GWP Tribute to Da Vinci. Only has one sticker for the mirror
Comes free from Lego with £135+ purchases or alternatively as I did can found on eBay, Facebook etc at varying prices. I paid less than half some are asking for it

Discovered the Lego Builder app has a lost brick feature for a set. Comes up with all the parts and then show the conpleted set with the selected part shown where it/they fit
Probably be better called Find where a brick fits.

Bricklink antique set completed. I rearranged some of the ornaments to improve visibility IMO. Strengthened the front underside of the two upper shelves with a 1 x 12 plate plus 1 x 2 plates to either side for visual effect. Also the reverse curve side roofs were strengened on the underside with a 1 x 4 plate to either side.
Lights added with round 2 x 2 plates added under the supplied yellow "lights" to accommodate LEDs.
Fits inside a case designed for the London phone box.

Hello. One thing I have found useful during lockdown is building Lego.
I found myself suffering from anxiety and this helps! I got myself a Classic Lego set and I am now building lots of different models.
Does anyone else on here use Lego? I always loved it as a child. There's loads of ideas online.
Please post some pics fellow Lego modellers!

I’ve started to collect Lego mini figures as trip souvenirs! I find a Lego store in the city and get a custom one printed to commemorate my trip.

I’ve been to Lego House in Billund today.
What an experience it is. Such detailed and beautiful work right throughout the museum.

Below are just a couple of the pieces on display.
