For me it was a 2200 metre road tunnel beside Lake Como today, between Bellagio and Lecco, which was then closely followed by a 1600 metre one, a tiddler by comparison (photo below).
It wasn't actually too bad - well lit, wide lanes and smooth surface, and little car traffic this Saturday lunchtime.

Longest for me is the Limehouse Link Tunnel on the Ride London route at 1.8 km long.
 
There was a really long one in Northern Aragon on the N-260 near Fiscal - the Tunel de Pedralba - 2598 metres, all downhill. That was great fun!

It's either that one or the old rail tunnel on the awesome Riviera Cycle route on the coast that passes San Remo in Italy. That was quite special because of how large it was (that and it afforded pleasant shelter from the 35'C heat)

Before this year it would have been the Clyde Tunnel; they simply don't do good infrastructure in the UK :sad:
