Especially near me! J22-25 on an evening? Forget about it! Doing it up to one of them “smart motorways” which will very quickly get clogged again because there are far too many cars on the road........ and relax!

Only motorway I've ever enjoyed driving on was the M8 - it's Britain's friendliest.

The M50 to Ross on Wye takes some beating for low traffic volumes. There is the additional interest factor that every interchange is a different design because, so I'm told, they were using it as a test-bed for all the different types of junction.
