If i was 100% sure thats what they were doing , then it wouldnt need thinking about the police would be informed, and if they was my kids then i dont think id bother with the law either,ok not the last one , i dont own a gun.

999 and wait at scene out of sight but so that i could see offender and tell police it is urgent
if i had kids and it was my kids then the offender would get hurt and badly so
