Not me, but the "better" half - lost her debit card, so in a panic cancelled it, thinking it might have been dropped outside / stolen. A couple of days after getting a new one she put her hand in her dressing gown pocket...
Off topic but bank card related. When we got married and moved area we got a new bank account in joint names.
I was home when envelopes arrived with all new Cheque cards, credit cards etc arrived.
I duly signed all mine. Errrrm, no I didn't. I'd signed the wrong set. With nowhere to hide I had to fess up.
