Gravity Aided

I think this may be aimed at cycle tourists, or touring cyclists. If I were out for days at a time, often in remote areas, I would carry a trowel. It is just the proper thing to do.In its own double bag, even after cleaning. Between the coffee, and the Mountain House dehydrated meals, and the bananas....

Why not just eat a handful of Immodium before leaving home and save the hassle of having to interrupt your ride?

Bike packers do take trowels. The GBDuro riders were issued bamboo trowels as they had no contact with civilisation. The last rider finished the coursd in 16 days. Carrying a trowel on an extended ride over days is a good idea. I dont think it is being suggested for your daily rides 😁

Ride It Like You Stole It!
They need more fruit etc in their diet. I'm regular before 9am. This weeks 7am rides meant I needed the loo when back, but they were only 90 minutes.
