The Perfect Breakfast ?????

Porridge 70 grams of which 25 percent will be fine chopped dried fruit and nuts
Turmeric powder aprox 3 grams
Good twist of black pepper

Soak well overnight in clean non chlorinated water.

Before cooking porridge add good dessert spoon of highgrade coconut oil.

When cooked add 75grams of whey protein powder (unflavoredxflavoured, 50x50)

mix well and EAT.

Now you know why I'm so fast on a bike ;-))
