woke up early (for me) so by 9 I had taken all my tablet and had breakfast
There has to be a 30 minute gap between 2 sets of tablet so it takes longer than just popping them out and swigging some water


so I went for a ride
lovely along the canals
especially as the bike seems to have improved since I cleaned up the chain and all the cogs and stuff and re-lubed it all
funny that!!

anyway - apparently I am taking SWMBO to the beauty place this afternoon - The Wedding is getting close so the number of appointments is increasing!!!

As said elsewhere I got shouted at on my ride this morning
"Havn't you got a bell" basically
when I have one
rang it
AND he reacted to it by moving to the side

anyway - it really got to me - it was on my mind for ages after and I didn;t calm down properly for an hour or so

very strange and there was not really a problem - I just had to go round his dog on the grass a bit

I did shout back that I have one and rang it a few times - which is again not like me

must have been ina funny mood!

Back from lunch.
We ended up going to my old golf club. Caught up with a few old golfing friends which was nice.
With our drinks we had a bowl of cheesy chips, very yummy.

Salut. Spent the day at SiL cutting the grass and Mrs G helping with gardening.
What a view she has from her garden!! Very peaceful and relaxing.
