A quick hello.
I have been a poorly boy all week.
Daughter had to get a paramedic out for me as I literally can't eat anything but am continually upchucking. He reckons I have a virus.....fact is I haven't eaten for a week.
I am also spending most of the days in bed.
I will be back in touch in a while.

Take care, and get back when you're feeling better, not when you feel you have to.
The constant upchucking isn't nice.

Get well soon, you hear that!

@Tenkaykev Good luck on your run today if you’re still doing it?

Thanks Mo, all done and dusted. Very fortunate with the weather, sunshine and a following wind for the majority of the course. Enthusiastic and vocal crowd when I needed a boost and I got round without incident. I found it very challenging as my medical condition has severely impacted my endurance, but toughed it out ok. Beer tent ( Bellfield Brewery ) was within staggering distance of the finish line so I was soon busy rehydrating and replacing the lost potassium 🍺🍺.
I think the half marathon distance is now my maximum achievable distance, Mrs Tkk and I have entered the Kelpies half in September, today's run reinforced the need to shed a few Kg before then.

I've had a bad tummy all week. Felt dreadful on Tueseay. Still not right now, maybe 80% so we'll enough to function but bad enough to feel icky.

Put your feet up and keep hydrated.

At least you’re still giving the events a go. It must be 24 years since I last entered a race.

A bit of sun here just now but still breezy. I don’t mind that as it keeps the house a bit cooler.
