Good morning all.
It's raining steadily out there, and it's due to continue for a few days now.
We are off to Suffolk later, our friends sister has a cottage up there, near to Aldborough/Snape. It has no TV, and very little Internet or phone signal coverage, sometimes there is a signal in the bathroom, so I might be missing for a few days.

Heavy rain just passed through and now drying.
The delights of a half eaten bird on door mat(inside) greeted me as I stumbled downstairs. Nice.
Weights today I think. Not done a session yet this week so it's due.

Can you break it up into smaller pieces instead of trying to swallow the thing whole?

Just been up in the loft to lift some boards and move some insulation.
Full protection gear CSI. There’s a load of junk up there apart from the boxes that the kids left " for a bit " decades ago after they flew the nest and moved between different accommodation. Christmas tree and decorations of course, a redundant galvanised water tank and big iron pipe from when we had central heating installed, two Sombreros 🤔 and various other bits and bobs.
In other news granddaughter's school is closed tomorrow so we have a bonus sleepover tonight 😁.

Are you sure you are supposed to swallow it and not shove it up your bum?
That is one big tablet.
My tablets are all small apart from the soluble ones.

Yes you can get "pill cutters", but if the tablet is "slow release" which mine are you making it release more quickly.
