A bit cool with a mixed day weather-wise.
I am sat here contemplating my naval and trying to pick up the courage to go for a short walk using my strollator. Doubt I will meet Mo on the way

So much for getting my state pension. They’ve knocked £150 off my work pension in tax so I probably only end up around £600 per month better off.

Good morning all. A sunny start to the day here.

Three way lights at a crossroads?

Although it looks like a crossroad, it is really not. The road to the left is just a gap between the houses. There was a plan in 1935 when the houses were built to join up with the road on the other side of the railway with a bridge underneath. The house numbers do match up, the last house in Cherry Hill being No.50, the road to the right, Western Way, the first house is No.52.

Today is our wedding anniversary, 44 inglorious years.
We are going out for lunch at the Green Dragon to commiserate 😁

Good morning from a once again sunny Dorset. Will try a walk/jog later, twinge in my left glute/ hamstring on Monday when I was attempting some " speed " drills so I have rested it. Collect granddaughter from school for a sleepover this afternoon. There's a bus that gets there just in time but I tend to get the earlier one in case of delay. This means kicking my heels for half an hour, fortunately the school is directly opposite the Goat and Tricycle so a swift half of Butcombe IPA and a bag of crisps is planned 🍺

Looks like it's going to be a scorcher today
I've got to trim MrsDs bush this morning and also reset my 5 bar gate as it's sagged a little.
Will saunter down to the harbour later for a spot of lunch in the Star.

Woke early as one of the cats came in chirping away. Fell asleep again and just got up feeling groggy, always happens if I go back.
Anyway, lovely morning here sunny and breezy. Might have to go for a pedal....
