We had them and they just took over, took us years to get rid of them.

My brother and his wife are arriving at Manchester airport tomorrow afternoon so guess where I will be going?
I have asked him to bring a couple of bottles of Muscat or Pineau des Charentes aperitif as it is hard to get overhere and cost a fortune but he can't have it before he goes through security as it will be confiscated so I hope he will be able to find some at the airport shop although I very much doubt it.

I remember when I smashed my collar bone and was just about to be put under to get it fixed, the surgeon was concerned at my heart rate being so low but the anaesthetist, who was a keen cyclist assured him that it was just because I cycled a lot and was fit. Sadly, not as fit these days, but I see from my Garmin it did drop to 39 last night, so still not too bad.
Riverside trail walked and just having a big bowl of raspberries with Greek yoghurt for breakfast. I never used to like raspberries but my taste seems to have changed and quite enjoy them now.
