Morning.
A calmer day after the gales of yesterday.
Unfortunately another day when I won't be riding as another day on the road but in the car. Hopefully back in time for a weights session.

Another morning when I woke for a pee at 4 then went back into a deep sleep, I think/hope that is a good thing.
Forecast has improved with no rain till 1300 so I will get a walk in (once it's warmed up a tad.

Well, t'is that time of the year again, and its raining this time!

Aferris, hope you got yer birthday ride in.

No ride today. Actually, no rides for a long time. We're in Scotland and it was hissing down all day.

Chuffing hell. Had a bit of a funny turn at the weekend. Was cleaning the van and a headache hit me out the blue, the vision in my left eye went all dull and blurry, and my left arm felt numb and weighty. It did worry me a bit and after a couple of minutes I was about to go back into the house and alert Mrs D and it passed like someone had flicked a switch. My hand still feels a little strange and weak and I'm a bit knackered, but I'm fine.

Anyway, finally told Mrs D and she's worried Ive had a TIA or the like, so I'm now awaiting the GP to call me back. Joy.

A TIA does seem at least possible.
I used to play golf with a guy that had one. Had all the relevant test etc.
And that that ie, absolutely nothing since.
Keep us informed.

Off for a stroll down to the market on the harbour this morning.
Meeting up with our mates from Minehead and then having a spot of lunch in the Star.

I am currently on the ferry from Scrabster to Stromness on Orkney.
The weather is very good, it is going to be a sunny day with a light breeze. I did bring the wet weather gear, but I will not not need it today. 😁

You are a migraine sufferer are you not? Always a possibility it could be this too but sounds like you should get checked out.

Been shopping and that was down to bad management as I only went 6 days ago
Came home had a coffee and then cleaned to car
It's warm here again with light cloud at 22c, but not complaining, if a few months we will be freezing our nuts off
well the men will, not too sure what the ladies do as it has all ready fallen off
