Just back from a run which turned in to a walk due to me thinking " I wonder where that track goes... " Ended up picking my way through ferns and brambles, through a rain gulley and eventually ended up back in familiar territory. Mrs Tkk is off to Aldi / Lidl ( the're both in walking distance ) I will follow later and pull the shopping trolley home, apparently I am not a patient shopper...

One of these folk chapping the door and wanting to cut my tree down and tidy the other 3 big shrubs up. Obviously from the travelling fraternity I think! He started off at £340 and I got him down to £170 eventually. The tree has got too big to do myself and the big shrubs are pretty unruly too so I’ve just let him do it.

Oh I made another coconut cake, it was a hard decision between chocolate cake and sponge jam sandwich

I suspect he is now regretting badgering me to get the work as he’s struggling to get through it! Tough. I certainly won’t be paying any more if he says it was harder than he thought.

It did cross my mind that that’s what he might do. Can’t see him paying for a skip licence.
Gosh, it’s muggy out there. Just had a short wander before settling down to watch the cycling. I won’t be moving again.
It's where he is going to dump it that would worry me.
