I'm not well, I felt a bit tired first thing this morning, but that's normal for me
and went to church, but during Mass all my joints started aching and I found it hard to stand up
without pain, I got through the service and walked home, but by the time I got in the door I was knacked
I felt hot so took my temperature it was 99.7F, took two paracetamols and had a lie down in the lounge
I was uncomfortable so went to bed, now I think I have a cold 🤧

Morning all.
To echo Mo, I am in the North West and our forecast is for a max of 29°. I find low 20°s difficult to deal with.
Unfortunately we have showers due just as I should be enjoying my walk.....I may go early to avoid them.

Adeline reminds me of a time I worked for a smallish engineering company (80 men on the shop floor). The receptionist was a very well endowed girl.
One day my boss, referring to her, made the throwaway comment "if her brains were as big as her t*ts we could all go home".

We had some rain overnight, but temperatures are due to be over 31⁰ by this afternoon.
Sainsbury's are delivering the weekly goodies between 8 and 9 am.
